Peron has cut back the size of their proposed warehouse from 510,000 square feet to 420,000 square feet.  Peron will not try to acquire Delaware River Park, which is Green Acres encumbered.  According the presentation given to Council, the new plan will have 80 loading bays, 39 tractor-trailer parking spaces and 400 parking spaces for cars.

They indicate they will build the warehouse on the property they currently own.

Below is a diagram that shows the property, along with property boundaries.  Peron owns the land wihin the black line.  Inside the green line is Delawre River Park.  Delaware River Park is Block 2102, Lot 1.  Peron owns Block 2102, Lots 2 and 11.
